Care Philosophy

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where clients are empowered to achieve their goals through personalized therapeutic interventions. I provide a supportive environment that encourages clients to explore their experiences and stressors with compassion, humor and authenticity, which foster genuine healing and growth.

Personal Statement

I am married with two children and enjoy traveling both within the United States and abroad. My family makes it a tradition to visit at least one U.S. national park each year. At home, I enjoy spending time with my two cats, baking sourdough bread and listening to music of all genres.
