Online chart was funky , couldn't get it in order to use. When I had come to appointment I was treated like a total number just a take care now ! Nothing like we will get back to you as soon as finding are in, so if worse please reach out or not even a keep the fever at bay with what you are doing ?just a walk down the hall with a " take care now " Really?! Here's also my concern this was a doctor ( no real disrespect) but was so over weight could hardly sit on chair. I'm supposed to listen to her on HEALTH ?I came in with a fever for 5 days and was just escorted out with take care! I will be choosing another doctor with I was recommended one of your as one of the best but couldn't get to see. Understand now why I got in with the other so quickly. ?pS reception lady a little off too kept correcting me on Docs name. I was feverish and couldn't care the perfect pronunciation. She wouldn't leave it alone. She kept saying it over and over again and finally wrote it down kind of rude. You're talking to a sick person. .????

The types of questions required for a Medicare patient to answer at every visit is invasive and unnecessary. Just because we are old doesn't mean we don't have our faculties in tact and it's an insult to require answering a questionnaire each visit. The questions you ask would not be answered by someone without their faculties. Please do something to change this situation out of respect for us fully human elderly people. One day you will be there too. ?

The doctor was excellent.

Terribly long wait. Our appointment was scheduled for 4:00 and the doctor didn't come into the room until 5:15.

I love that I can complete my forms online in advance and skip the waiting room entries. So much easier and saves time. I've always been very pleased with how I've been treated, how friendly and upbeat everyone is, and how sincerely caring they are. It's nice to feel comfortable about a doctor visit.

I don't do my chart. After having my identity stolen because of hacking at medical offices I don't feel that computer chatting is safe. I miss the printed out visit summary sheets I got in the past. I'm older and when I'm sick I didn't have to remember what was said. It is another one of the things that makes me laugh every time I see your commercial for Emplify health. There is no empathy when you're made to go to a computer for information and when you can only count on seeing your PCP for sure if you schedule appointment months a head of time. If this frustrates me I can believe it must frustrate your doctors.

Appointment times are what should be in the reminders. Check in time is unfair. My time is just as valuable. 15 minutes can make a big difference in someone's schedule.

Everyone without exception have been amazing.

The check-in person was a little short with me. It was like she needed me to go sit down so she could get on with her day.

Dr. Trawitzky is amazing. She makes me feel very comfortable and very at ease. I'm able to ask her questions. It's sadly sometimes hard to find a doctor that you feel so comfortable with. I always feel like I'm her priority. She is wonderful and I did email a nurse a question afterwards and I got a prompt response. Everybody is always so nice and friendly and the check-in process was great. Thank you. Bye.

I absolutely love Dr. Trawitzki. You feel like you're talking to a friend when you're with her. And she knows her stuff. Awesome doctor!

I really like my doctor. Feels like she is a friend of mine, wasn't talk to about anything. Support staff always excellent.

I tried to answer all the questions online prior to my visit, could not go back to make a change on one page. Finally completed some questions on cell phone. Probably I will do better next time.

Very pleased with our new doctor Trawitzki. She listened and made us feel comfortable with all our questions. I was told she's a compassionate, caring doctor. Her reputation is spot on.

I was told my blood pressure was high. By 2 nurses so I had to see the Dr. The head nurse said they used the wrong cuff. Went to get my cateract removed they tell me BP is still high

Great experience but the rooming nurse could use some work on rooming and expressions showing on her face with certain things brought up. I felt very judged and uncomfortable with the rooming nurse and felt like I needed to wait to explain my reason for being there as she just appeared annoyed and rushing through things but as soon as I was with Dr Trawitzki I felt 100%.

Dr. Trawitzki was wonderful. She let me explain and vent about my stress I have had the last 6 months. I could be open and honest with her about my eating really bad due to those stresses and she didn't judge me. She gave me helpful info on questions I had. I feel she very much cares about her patients. She's a very good Doctor.

Dr T is so great. She is an amazing listener and offers suggestions and guidance with any help issues. An amazing member of this clinic.

My visits with Dr. Alyssa Trawitzki are always very informative and I would recommend her to anybody and as a member. As a matter of fact, several of my friends and family do go there as it is. But she is excellent.

Dr. Trawitzki, and staff, are very thorough when I have appointments with them. She is easy to talk to and explains things. She is interested in me as a person.

Doctor T is easy to talk to. She cares about her patients. Is a good listener. She deals with all your concerns.

My relationship with my PCP has been fantastic over the years. There is trust, respect, understanding.
