Very good care and explanations

For appointments, it would be best if there was a way to clarify what the appointment time is Va the check in time.

I felt I was given a "maybe" diagnosis. She did not know my recent health issues. Diet suggestions were unreasonable. If I tried to follow it, I'd end up with a basket of fresh greens and a gallon of water. The final insult was mistakenly changing my med list and not even mentioning it to me. Luckily I caught it when I reviewed the after visit summary.

My appointment was cancelled the day before, and I did not receive the notifications about that. They must have been sent to a wrong number. I would recommend they make sure they have contact with the right person. We travelled 3 hours to get there and booked a room for overnight. Luckily they were able to get me in later that day with a nurse/practitioner, who was excellent!

My provider did such a great job taking care of my hearing problem. She's very knowledgeable & considerate. Her Medical Assistant was very knowledgeable & efficient & kind as well.

Quality care from start to finish! All personnel were very respectful, kind and compassionate.

I wish I had noted the name of the physicians assistant that took care of my problem because I would like to acknowledge that she did an exceptional job and made me feel very comfortable and not rushed. I really felt like she cared about me.

Providers were great. Told me what I needed to know.

I forgot to ask a question while there so I sent a message later that evening. I received a response early the next morning.

LOVED Ally! I was relaying how I had come to ENT and still had Pulmonology. I could not get into them until mid July. Apparently she sensed my disappointment with that and called pulmonary. They called me the next day to get me in sooner! Ally is awesome and a true patient advocate.

Had multiple issues when initially trying to log on to my chart.. But once I called the customer help service, it finally got straightened out.. hopefully the issues dont come back..

The PA was outstanding.

The Nurse Practitioner was fantastic! She listened to all of my concerns, was kind, caring, and personable. I was there for an emergency appointment after getting lake water in my ears (I have ear tubes). I also brought up another concern and even though I'm pretty sure the second concern delayed her and put her behind schedule, she made sure to listen and provide support and care. Thank you!!

My discharge nurse was seemed very rude and pushy as I told her something was wrong. She just kept asking to call my ride when I told her something was wrong and my blood pressure was out of whack. That was it.

Grateful for the wonderful care.

The check in people need to pay attention to the patient and not sit and have conversation with colleagues and make the patient wait

I was very happy with my appt.. Got an appt. Right away. Staff was friendly and helpful. P.A. Ally Kalkofen was "GREAT". She took her time checking me out physically, mentally, emotionally. I would go back to her if needed and recommend her to family & friends.

My chart use to work great. Now that you are emplify the My chart is bad. You should change your name to EMPTYFILE I wish you could go back and have it work good again.

I didn't like the digital check in. It felt very impersonal. The lady's that helped with the check in were very nice.

All the medical team made me feel comfortable, especially the doctor who did the surgery.

Not great. Check-in is laborious, nurse assistant to Ally Kalkofen was pleasant.

I was especially pleased that Ally was so concerned about my wellbeing that she called me at home wondering about my overall health the day after my appointment! Great Experience!

She as well prepared, listened, talked with me and not at me. She offered a plan and follow up, I FELT HEARD, I was not a good historian of the symptoms because frankly I dismissed them. She relieved my anxiety and I feel is more than competent.
