We love the Bellin providers! Always have time to listen to you, kind, friendly and offer options for your treatment. So I get say in my treatment .

I'm very appreciative of Dr. Conrad and his entire team. I feel like I was taken care of like a family member. I had a whole list of questions and Allison let me go through each one and provide provided me with information and the resources that I would need. I can't say enough good things about all of the care team I have worked with through this experience.

I have been a Bellin/Emplify client for years which is why I keep coming back. I do not do a MyBellinAccount online and never will and don't like having to check in a computer every time I come in. What happened to customer service?

I have to say that I was very, very pleased with the care I received from the team and Allison. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I'm not a fan of the check-in process. I wish there was an easier way. I would definitely recommend her to anybody, and I do love my care team. They are very good to me. Thank you.

When you check in online, there should only be 3 ?'s asked at check in. Name, birth date and which Dr or therapy your here for. Not all the repetitive ?'s that you answered online.

I am feeling very good about the care I have received... it is a welcoming feeling after the awful care I received at one of your competitors... Your staff has been very helpful with telling me the truth about my health rather than just not explaining it all... The last place I was at told me that I had moderate arthritis... when it is really severe. Allison told me the true facts. I thank her so much and am looking forward to continuing my care with you in my future!
