I feel like my primary care team, especially Alicia, Ms. Alicia Barnes, listens to me and feels what I'm saying. It's very refreshing. I really think my care team is probably the best I've ever had. Wonderful.

They have not returned my calls about some potentially serious issues discovered in my tests.

I'm still trying to navigate the MyChart app, however it seems slow and confusing. It asks for passwords and such that I don't recall I set up
