Care Philosophy
Alexis Mashl is a residency-trained sports physical therapist. Alexis has experience working with athletes at every level, from youth to professional, and applies an individualized approach to help each patient reach their goals. She has a special clinical interest in knee injuries and rehabilitation for soccer athletes. Alexis is also passionate about injury prevention, as she personally returned to sport following two ACL injuries. She has previously served as the team physical therapist for the Minnesota Aurora women’s soccer team. Her philosophy is rooted in evidence-based care, blending her expertise in sports rehabilitation with a commitment to personalized treatment for every patient.

Alexis enjoys strength training, biking, traveling, spending time with family and friends and cheering on Wisconsin sports teams.
