Dr. Klippel and her staff were very kind and very considerate. Dr. Klippel listened to all my concerns and explained everything easily to understand. Her staff was just as nice as her. So definitely keep her. She's very good.

Bellin surpasses Aurora and Ascension because Bellin shows that they care. This pertains to wellness, billing and hospital (surgery) operations. The difference is noticeable.

PA Alexandra Klippel is excellent. Very caring, knowledgeable, and willing to listen. She took her time with me and didn't rush through the appointment. It was evident to me that she genuinely cares about her patients and that is so hard to find in today's world. She's a true gem in healthcare! Thank you Alexandra!

My whole OBGYN experience yesterday was great! The receptionist that checked me in was friendly and welcoming. The RN that took me to the room and did blood pressure etc. was also very friendly and engaging. Allie was very professional, engaging, polite and thorough. She explained what she was doing along the way and always stopped to ask if I had any questions and was friendly when asking personal things about me. I liked Allie last year when I had my first visit with her and I purposely asked for her again when I made my appointment for this year. She also made sure to tell me at the end of the appointment to message her if I had any further questions. Allie is a great asset to your medical practice.

This was the first time in a long time where I felt seen and heard. My perimenopause symptoms have been getting worse and I finally felt like someone understood me.
