How safe is My Chart and all my information?

The doctor finally heard me and let me know that something could be done. I saw 2 other doctors in your system without any satisfaction,they made me feel like I didn't have a issue.

I was extremely happy. They took care of my issue and solved my problem and I'm feeling much better. And I'd just like to thank Dr. Chun and her assistant. They did a wonderful job. I would recommend them anytime. This has been a great experience. Thank you.

I had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment and once I got to my 12:45 appointment I had to wait until 2:00. They did try to call me but I did not have my phone on me. Once my procedure started I finished quickly and was satisfied.

Everyone involved was caring, helpful, but Dr. Chun is one of the few doctors I've talked to who really listened to all of my concerns and what I had to say and also asked me a lot of questions, answered every question I asked, asked me a lot of questions. Lack of empathy on part of nurse and doctor. The lab technician provided more empathy and allowed me to process the situation better than the nurse or doctor.

I love Dr. Chun and everything she told me is always every time I've been to her excellent and informative. The office is great. The girls there are very, very nice. I love everything about her and I love everything about her staff. I'm not nuts about the MyChart at all, so I gave it a seven because I would rather be messaged via text or email rather than to have to log into a chart to find a message. So that is why it's a seven. Otherwise, everything's a straight 10. I loved everything and I love the doctor. Thank you.
