Everyone was friendly, understanding, and listened to my concerns! Dr. Kuefler, answered all of my questions, and explained things in a way that you could understand them.

Ryan and his team were fantastic. They answered every question I had and took extremely good, good care of me during my visit. So I don't have any negative feedback to share and just wanted to give major kudos to Ryan and his team. Thank you.

I just want to thank Dr. Ryan KUEFLER for taking such good care of me. I have never had a Dr. that took as much time as he did to actually listen to my concerns, and explain things so I could understand them. He is a very personable person and I respected him and the care route he recommended by for me. I know I will never have to be treated by him again, but I'd like him to know that he's a Dr. with a lot of class. I never had a Dr. shake my hand and tell me "Thank you for trusting me with your care." He genuinely cares about his patients and I'm glad I was one of them in his care!

It would be nice if you didn't have to answer check-in questions each time when visits are so close to each other. Maybe like trigger to answer once a month

It was good

While the care was great, I don't think the providers/nurses realize how loud they are speaking when around the "nurses station" near the exam rooms. To hear a bunch of voices talking and laughing and such doesn't necessarily give the impression of a professional environment.

Dr. Kuefler and his team were great to work with. I was very concerned that I would get the "run around," but that was not the case at all. I left the consult with the outcome I had suspected and hoped for. He spoke to me at a level that I feel is appropriate for my age, experience, and level of education. I really appreciated that.

I really wish the actual provider would respond to my chart messages so I don't have to rehash things with a nurse or CNA who knows nothing about me or my chart- who clearly didn't read my chart, or even clearly read my chart message completely. This is how I feel about every provider I see related to the my chart messaging. It adds to a lot of my frustration with communicating with my providers. Sometimes I feel like the messages are rushed through just to get a response out there.

I was very satisfied with everything I had and I have another appointment coming up and I'm looking forward to getting things straightened out. Thank you very much

I would like the test and ultrasound results to be displayed in a physical format, not just digitally, so that I can take my results with me. Thank you.

Dr. Kuefler is not pushy! I travel an hour and 45 minutes one way to come see him!

The whole team that I've seen so far has done an amazing job. They're always willing to listen and they give great advice and feedback and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs care.

I can't say enough good things about my experience. I went for an appointment and ended up needing a procedure. I was immediately sent to the surgery center and the doctor made time in his schedule to perform the surgery that day. Everyone I encountered was kind, courteous, and took great care of me. I'm extremely thankful to all of them.

Dr Kuefler is an amazing doctor. He always makes sure that he takes care of all what I need to address as well as my overall health. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing gynecologist.
