My chart continues to be difficult with too many choices that lead nowhere for answers. Ie: needed a provider to instruct me how to get a text message directly to a provider. Why is there no direct route to the provider chosen for a text message?

The atmosphere was inviting. However I didn't really feel like I gained anything from my visit. I thought I would be given ideas as to how to improve the situation with my knee. I don't feel I can better myself with the information I was provided. Except for waiting on an MRI, I feel lost.

Answer 9 and yes mostly because I still have pain in my left knee, and are still in the process of receiving 2 more shots before I can answer sincerely that I feel i am satisfied with the results, before reccomended Bellin to others.
