I attempted to do an online pre-check in for my appointment, but when I arrived at the office, it didn't save all my information and I had to repeat about half of it.

I would have rated the technical piece with "my chart". Since the change over, I have had to change my password every time I try to get into my account. I reset my password, then when I try to use it, it says it is invalid. I have tried calling the help desk but am put on hold longer than I can wait. I am sure once I finally am able to contact someone and they fix the problem, it will be a pleasant experience again.

I'm always treated respectfully and with professionalism. I get follow up phone calls when necessary and I feel well taken care of. Thanks.

Dr. Kleiman is always thorough goes over all of my blood work in detail and going back two years to see what the trend is and explains it.

I was treated much faster than I anticipated and didn't have many symptoms to go on. But fears from my familial history and Dr. respected that due to my age. So appreciative of the concern I received - as I was very fearful with the symptoms I'd had for 6 days and still showing. So thankful for the care & help I received. Hope symptoms let us soon.

I really like my provider and the staff. All were very helpful and friendly. I didn't feel rushed in and out like some Dr's make you feel!! I am very happy my daughter's got me in with my Dr.!!
