The MyChart process while easy enough, was excessively cumbersome.

Dr. Bongiorno and the nurse are very helpful, empathetic, and professional. The doctor listens carefully and asks important questions.

Pre check in online was okay. But could use tweaking.

Dr. Bongiorno has always treated with me respect, has listened to all of my concerns, and has provided me with solutions I can live with. I am very glad I have him as one of my care team. Dr. Bongiorno and his RN are so kind and listen to what I had to say helped me with what I needed. I left having a good appointment and satisfied with my visit.

I feel the 30 minute yearly Medicare allowance is not enough time when you see a physician once a year. And almost 10+ minutes of that time is the physician trying to find information on Mychart which eats into patient care/questions. And I think it's totally ridiculous to spend time to look in my ears and mouth and listen to my breathing when I'm not complaining of any symptoms. I am sure this is Medicare required, but it's a waste of both our time. I come prepared with questions to my physical for concerns and/or problems and don't need my ears and mouth checked or taking half dozen deep breaths when those are not health concerns at that visit. Please reevaluate the policy, unless it's Medicare required, which is also ridiculous then. We are adults who know what an earache or wheezing symptoms are.... if that isn't the complaint for the visit, please don't waste our time. I think next year I will inquire if I can refuse those idiotic routines. Thank you.

I had a very good experience

Dr. B is the best. He listened to EVERYTHING I said regarding my symptoms and concerns and had a treatment option for each one if necessary. The best part was that he went the least invasive route first and then gave alternatives if we didn't get answers with the first options.

People on the care team to not respond to questions after the fact. Still waiting for a prescription from 4-14 with 5 phone calls and emails. No response.

I've been going to Dr. Bongiorno for years and I think he's a very kind, loving, caring man and I think that he is just very knowledgeable and he's just wonderful.
