I've only used my chart once. I am new to Bellin health. My experience so far has been very pleasant.

Some of the time I try to go on my chart, it doesn't always connect me.

I dislike the check in process This is the only clinic I go to where I have to do additional check in even tho I check in at home. Plus having to get a wrist band All other clinics I go to allow me to just let them know I've arrived, sometimes answer a couple of Covid questions and I'm on my way The process at the Waube location is a frustrating waste of my time

Overall, it was great. My only issue is that my Dr was 30 minutes late for my appointment.

Dr. Conrad and his staff have been wonderful through my 2 hip replacement surgeries in 2023 and 2025. Top notch team.

Dr. Conrad and his MA are fantastic. I would recommend them to anybody. I think they do a great job, very good at explaining everything, and really appreciate everything that they do.

This provider finally gave me the answers that I couldn't get out of the first provider that I was assigned to. Dr Conrad looked at the same set of X-rays from January and immediately diagnosed the problem and offered solutions. It was obvious to Dr Conrad what the issue was and finally after 6 months of waiting I am finally on the track for resolution.

My entire team was very professional, organized, and focused on my needs and concerns.

The keyous was not working and the computer was not taking Medicare so I will have to call Monday because I have Medicare and supplement and I got a bill already and my insurance and Medicare was not sent got my bill

I have been so impressed with Dr. Conrad and his personal interactions with my husband and myself. He took time to look us in the eyes and explain everything while he was sitting and relaxed truly made us feel comfortable. So far, we have been very impressed with what he told us about our knee problems.

Dr.Conrad is an excellent listener and educator at the patients level. Answered questions until I understood what was needed.

Like how fast I got in for my appointment and the facility was very nice and clean.

I'm glad that Bellin Health has such a great team to care for my hip replacement and related issues. OSMS did my original hip replacements. Bellin Health Orthopedics is now caring for me properly. This was lacking with my original/previous Orthopedic group.

I avoid doctors and have little, if any trust of the medical system, so coming for the help I desperately needed, was very hard for me. I needed to be convinced that I could trust a doctor with a very serious operation. I'm still apprehensive and scared, but I seriously never thought I'd feel confident that I can have a successful outcome. I actually feel it can be...Dr. Conrad was a perfect fit for me. My husband and I trust him and that's huge for both of us! He truly impressed us, otherwise I'd have not gone thru with the plan.

This was my first visit for orthopedic care at Bellin and we were very impressed. Dr Conrad's staff was friendly and very professional. I had several different health issues which he discussed individually and then gave all options for treatment. Dr Conrad was personable, easy to talk to, a very positive experience!

This was my 2nd visit with Dr. Conrad in the past 3 years. He reviewed and listened to my concerns about my left knee. I find him to be very professional with a tremendous history of TKR surgery experience. He is definitely the go to Doctor for knee problems.

I had a great experience with Dr. Conrad and his care team. I'm young for a knee replacement, so I've been on the fence even though there's nothing more that can be done at this point. Dr. Conrad went above and beyond explaining the problem using my own knees and models, the solutions, the benefits, the risks, recovery, and the doubts in my mind. My husband and I both appreciate his thorough effort, attention to detail, and his bedside manner. His care team is also top notch and made it comfortable and seamless with this appointment and the upcoming ones. I especially appreciate the entire team's expertise and ability to explain things in a way for someone who isn't an expert to understand completely! I'm impressed and very comfortable and confident going forward.

Dr. Conrad and his staff were excellent. Dr. Conrad explained everything that it was, questions that I had. He went over and above what he normally would have to do. The first time I ever had a doctor that asked me, 'do you have a few minutes or do you have a few minutes more to talk?' I thought that was excellent. He wasn't in a hurry to get to the next patient. He took his time with me, answered the questions I had and concerns. When I left, I felt really good about my decision for a future surgery. I would recommend him.
