I could not say enough good things about the whole team

I really liked Mrs. Laplant! She was very kind to me which I deeply appreciate because I get anxiety at doctors appointments.

My provider, Abigail LaPlant is fabulous!!!! She takes the time to listen to me and works with me to ensure my concerns are answered. As for Mychart, I entered my insurance information into the system TWICE before my appointment and on the day of my appointment, it stated I owed money since I had no insurance. Frustrating!!!

My 1st visit to this NP. She was very welcoming, pleasant, abd explained her concerns. I, however, feel like I left without having definitive answers. I had some questions, so this appt no longer was considered a physical? It feels wrong. IThere were 2 high readings in my bloodwork considered abnormal, but I don't feel that was answered or a concern to doctor, even when I questioned it. All focus shifted to my possible heart issue. I am not sure yet if I will stay with Bellin here. I'll give it more time.

Abigail and her staff are probably the best doctor and staff that I've ever had pleasure of meeting and I trust with my health, my children's health and my fiancé's health. Just can't really put it into words because it's just outstanding service and I'm very thankful that I found them.

I like that I was, when I was seeing Abigail LaPlante, I like that she was not rushed and she took, she either took the time or had time to let me think of any other concerns. She prompted me that, you know, once or twice to see if there's any other thing I wanted to bring up, which is a great thing because going through, you know, the typical physical, there could be something that you forget if you didn't write down, but, you took the time to listen, which is great.
