About Me & Education

Her practice style is creating a comfortable working relationship with her clients and helping them to address issues they face. Patricia focuses on helping clients identify their strengths and needs, set realistic goals, and effectively obtain each goal. Patricia uses cognitive behavioral therapy when working with clients. When using this approach, she looks at thinking patterns that cause negative emotions and maladaptive behaviors.
