She also has advanced training in marriage and family therapy and can help you learn tools for improving your relationships. She focuses on meeting you where you are in your mental health journey to build upon your existing skills and develop the resources you need to be healthy. A Green Bay native, she is happy to be helping her community grow stronger mental health and well-being.
